Streaming with android lib

Hi,
We’re building P2P live-streaming platform to design, share & monetize real-life experience.
We’re using theta for decentralized P2P streaming. I already integrated our video player with the theta library. I can’t figure out how can I implement the broadcasting part with theta. How should I connect the broadcast to theta?
